Richard Amacker winner at Courmayeur

Richard Amacker, a homegrown boy, has just won the incredible 3rd leg of (Courmayeur - Mt Blanc) from the Freeride World Tour 12, his first of the kind. Congratulations to Richard!

During this magnificent men’s ski competition, Richard Amacker, from the Valais in Switzerland, was the last competitor to run. He chose an original line on the extreme left hand side of the face.

At the age of only 23, he unveiled his talent to the world of the freeride elite. The perfect control of his jumps, their amplitude and precision in landing allowed him to dominate his fellow competitors and win, a well deserved, first place.

Over the moon with this result, Amacker said: « It was a wonderful day. The snow conditions were excellent, I was able to give great impulsion in my jumps and I landed cleanly in all three ».
